Payment Policy

At Giftflix, we aim to provide a secure and seamless shopping experience. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following payment terms:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods available through our Shoppy store, including:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Digital Wallets (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
Net Banking
2. Custom Orders & Pre-payment
Since we specialize in customized gifts, we may require 100% advance payment for personalized items to begin production.
Once an order for a customized product is processed and goes into production, the payment is non-refundable (except for damaged goods).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available for select locations.
For customized items, COD is generally advance is needed to ensure the commitment of the personalized order.
4. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure third-party payment gateways.
Giftflix does not store your card details or sensitive banking information on our servers.
5. Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed only after a successful payment transaction. You will receive an automated email/SMS confirmation once the payment is verified.
6. Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your account, it is usually refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days. Please contact your bank for such issues.
