Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 31, 2026

At Giftflix, we take pride in creating high-quality personalized gifts. Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, our policy is as follows:

1. Returns & Exchanges

 -Customized Products: Since these items are uniquely personalized with your photos or names, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

-If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us at hrayushishaw@eazybuyit.in within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund in such cases.

3. Refunds

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

4. Cancellation

-Orders for customized gifts can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins, we cannot cancel the order.
