We reserve the right to refuse any customization request that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material belonging to others.

You understand that we share your uploaded photos with our trusted third-party production partners solely for the purpose of creating your customized gift.

3. Accuracy of Information

We try to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the physical product's color.

Personalized products may have slight variations due to the nature of custom printing/crafting.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways available on our store. We are not responsible for any transaction errors caused by third-party providers.

5. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
